The temple hosts various cultural activities throughout the year, particularly in the months of Jeth, Bhado, and Kartika. Urgent Restoration Needed Despite its historical importance, Bathou Temple’s infrastructure is deteriorating. The main prayer hall, Kirtanghar, has been damaged by natural forces and requires urgent reconstruction. The Bodo community has been collecting funds from each family to begin this restoration but needs more resources to complete the work. The restoration includes rebuilding the Garvgreeha (sanctum sanctorum) and repairing the temple’s structure.
